Devon Bell Tent Hire FAQS

Do you put the bell tents up?

Yes we deliver, erect and furnish the bell tent for you on a site of your choice.

Do the bell tents come with bedding?

Yes, all of our tents, except Blank Canvas come with bedding.

Do the bell tents come with electricity?

Our bell tents do not have electricity. This must be arranged with your site.

When is the damage deposit returned?

This is refunded in line with our T&C’s no later than 7 working days after the hire date.

What tent number am I?

Your tent number will be on your booking confirmation email.

Do you charge a delivery fee?

Any delivery within a 10 mile radius is free of charge anything over 10 miles from Dawlish is charged at 50p per mile for each journey. (4 ways)

Is there a minimum night order?

All out tent options have a minimum order of 2 nights, the prices shown are for 2 nights.

Can my dog stay with us?

Dogs are more than welcome to spend the night in our tents as long as they promise to behave themselves.

Can we decorate the tents ourselves?

We are more than happy for you to add some personal touches, we offer a blank canvas option for those wanting to furnish the tents themselves. Please check our T&C’s for what we allow.

Camping? Do I need to pay pitch fee?

Yes, if staying on a campsite you arrange your pitch booking and we will come and put up your tent.
